Problem statement

Our company, faces inefficiencies and challenges in its talent acquisition and client matching processes. Talents submit their resumes, which are then manually converted into standardized templates by our team. These templated resumes are subsequently shared with potential clients for acceptance or rejection.

Additionally, administrative staff encounter obstacles with certain workflows, resorting to different tools for tasks that lack appropriateness and efficiency. As a result, our current processes suffer from inefficiency, manual labor, and disjointed workflows, hindering our ability to effectively match talents with suitable clients and deliver a streamlined experience for all stakeholders.

Ideation

Our proposed solution involves the development of an integrated platform to streamline our talent acquisition and client management processes. Firstly, we will implement an efficient resume maker tool for talents, allowing them to easily create and manage their resumes directly within our platform, eliminating the need for manual conversion. Next, we will introduce an intuitive admin panel encompassing all operational workflows, empowering administrative staff to efficiently manage tasks without relying on external tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Additionally, we will introduce dedicated talent and client panels, providing tailored interfaces for talents to manage their profiles and for clients to view and interact with available talents, including creating job positions and managing talent acceptance or rejection. By centralizing all operations within our platform, we aim to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve the overall experience for both talents and clients
